We have everything you need from luxurious suites to get ready in with your wedding party, to a spacious courtyard for your outdoor ceremony, to a beautiful event space for your reception for up to 150 guests. The Carriage Room
The Carriage Room is the main event space to hold your wedding or event. With both a historic original section combined with a new event space, you can experience the historically modern flair our venue has come to be known for.
This space seats up to 150 guests, has a full service built-in bar, and a DJ station and dance floor. We have added the latest technology in both lighting and sound, allowing your DJ to “plug and play” into our systems.
The Courtyard
When you book with the Carriage House, your rental fee includes hosting a gorgeous indoor or outdoor ceremony for up to 200 seated guests. Our lush courtyard is an inviting and relaxing atmosphere to hold your ceremony. Perfectly designed for you to walk down the aisle amongst your guests to your beautiful arbor set against a backdrop of flowering shrubs, wisteria vines, and a trickling fountain.
The Veranda
Welcome your guests to a cocktail hour under the Veranda! This space has everything you need to entertain your guests and bring the party to the outdoors. Host cocktail hour by our firepits and couches or bring in a tent to host the entire reception outside! Our outdoor space offers endless possibilities and is guaranteed to make your special day a celebration to be remembered!
The Almira Suite
We designed a beautiful getting ready suite to truly make this the perfect place for your perfect day. With a large sitting area for all your special wedding party to gather, 3 styling stations, a large floor length mirror, a luxury bathroom, and your very own private balcony overlooking the courtyard. This suite is sure to make your day extra special!
The Deck
The Deck is a private balcony located just off the Bridal Suite. Enjoy a pre-ceremony toast with your best friends as you relax on our rooftop deck overlooking the beautiful Courtyard. This space is perfect for photos with a gorgeous backdrop.
The Averill Suite
Watch the game on our big screen TV while lounging on our comfy oversized leather couches OR play a game of golf to make the time pass until the ceremony starts. This man cave is equipped with a full bathroom, TV, wet bar, and everything you need to have a day with your best buds.

Behind the hidden door lies The Vault. Exclusive to the Carriage House, this secret space is filled with high end spirts and wines, and fine cigars to go around. Step inside and choose a package of our private stock that suits your party’s needs.
The Loft
Host your gathering in the original hayloft of The Carriage House. The Loft is the perfect space for more intimate gatherings or meetings. Perfect for a rehearsal dinner, wine tasting, or a smaller dinner and presentations. Wired for Audio & Visual to make your event easy and simple.
