The Carriage House was designed with your company’s private entertaining and meeting needs in mind. Our unique offering of different spaces allows for a wide range of options for your specific event. We have installed the latest sound, AV, and lighting technology that a venue can provide. All to make your event with us more customized, more economical, and more impactful for your guests.

Contracts & Payments
An initial payment equal to 50% of your venue rental cost is due upon signing the contract. The other 50% venue rental fee is due 6 months before your event. The final beverage costs will be paid two weeks prior to your event.
Dates are not held on a tentative basis—please be advised that we are taking bookings all year round and our calendar is filling quickly. To see if a date is available, please check our calendar under ‘availability’, if a date says “reserved”, it is no longer available.
