Rehearsals
Venue will be available for rehearsal at a specified time on Thursday for Friday weddings and Friday for Saturday weddings depending on availability. Rehearsals will be held on Sunday morning for Sunday weddings.

Contracts & Payments
An initial payment equal to 50% of your venue rental cost is due upon signing the contract. The other 50% venue rental fee is due 6 months before your event. The final beverage costs will be paid two weeks prior to your event.
Dates are not held on a tentative basis—please be advised that we are taking bookings all year round and our calendar is filling quickly. To see if a date is available, please check our calendar under ‘availability’, if a date says “reserved”, it is no longer available.

Bar Service
The Carriage House carries our own liquor license and provides a full-service built-in bar, portable bar options, and licensed and insured bartenders to make sure your wedding is a success.
Day-Of-Coordination
Day-of-Coordination service creates the ultimate “wedding experience” so you can sit back and enjoy the day. Our service includes running your ceremony and rehearsal, decor setup and tear-down, vendor coordination, as well as handling the minor details on your wedding day to make sure things run smoothly. You get to focus on marrying the love of your life and we’ll handle the rest. There is an additional charge for Day-of Coordination Services.
